1. Age limit
You must be at least 18 years old to order tobacco products from Shisha-Online.net. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of the legal age to purchase shisha products. Misrepresenting your age is a felony. Those who will be found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law.

Terms of use of shisha products sold at Shisha-Online.net are for personal use only and not for resale.

2. Products
The tobacco products you buy from Shisha-Online.net are made in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise stated. Shisha-Online.net accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.

3. Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Registered Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time, please email us quoting your order id. If you are not able to quote the order id, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order.

4. Delivery time
The average delivery time is between 1-3 weeks period to countries worldwide. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the city you live in.

If you do not get the package with shisha within 3 weeks period after you made your purchase,  you should obligatory call or e-mail us. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 days period after that you still don't get the parcel, you may choose from 2 options:
1. We resend a similar package totally free.
2. We give you your money back.

5. Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 72 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. Shisha itself is packed in the plastic satchel, then in a plastic jará which is is wrapped in cellophane. The order is shipped in a ñardboard box. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of 1-3 days. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery can be upto 10 days. You can also always contact us as to receive assistance regarding any order.

Method of Shisha Packing:
- 50g of Shisha is packed into the plastic bag and thin cardboard box.
- 250g, 500g and 1kg of shisha is packed into the plastic bag, after that it is being put into the plastic bucket and then in cardboard box.

6. Orders
After an order is placed at Shisha-Online.net, the customer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his order (please make sure your e-mail filter allows our email address). Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Customer a possibility to change, update or cancel the address and/or the order items. In such cases, the customer must immediately send us an e-mail with all changes. The order id must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order. Otherwise, order will be sent using primary introduced information.

There is no limit when purchasing at Shisha-Online.net. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity of tobacco products for a first-time order must be for no more than $400 US.

7. Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon getting the receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know by email and we will give you the return instruction. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Shisha-Online.net is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. Shisha-Online.net cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or due to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.

8. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make the refund. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging the return transportation, and postage costs, thus, incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order free of charge.

9. Online Transactions Security
Secure On-Line Transactions using our on-line shopping basket. When you have completed selecting your purchases proceed to the checkout where you will be prompted for your personal details. When the order is processed it will be encrypted and passed directly to the banking system for your security and peace of mind. As a company, we have no access to, nor do we hold any of your credit card details.

All the credit card information that you are introducing while ordering, is secured by SSL 128 bit encryption. When you click "Proceed to Checkout" button, you are transferred to the secured (SSL 128 bit encryption) page, which means that all the credit card information that you will introduce on that page will remain totally safe.

10. International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of shisha products in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel, please contact us by e-mail .

11. Privacy polices
By accepting these terms and conditions of sale you are also stating that you have read the Shisha-Online.net policies section and agree to those policies as set forth.

12. User Agreement:
1. You agree and understand that the tobacco products that you are ordering are for your personal use and consumption and not for resale.

2. You understand that our tobacco products are manufactured in the United Arab Emirates. The country of origin is clearly indicated in the package that you will receive.

3. You agree to contact us first should any problems arise with your order without disputing the order with your credit card issuer.

5. By ordering at Shish-Online.net you declare that you read, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions on this document.

13. Non-disclosure
The information provided to us as a result of your online purchase, such as your name, E-mail address, phone number(s) and point of delivery or forwarding address are only used for shipping. The personal data of customers (mailing address, e-mail address, etc.) is not being rented or sold to others. It is kept till our customer receives the order. Shisha-Online.net doesn’t have a database containing the customer’s credit card details, and also doesn’t store information on files with who bought tobacco products online.
