Refund policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us.

Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know by our support email and we will give you the return instruction. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement.

Shisha-Online.net is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address.

Shisha-Online.net cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
