What is the quality of sold shisha?
All the tobacco sold at Shisha-Online.net is of the highest quality. All tobacco types are genuine products that are  manufactured in the United Arab Emirates and dispatched from Eastern Europe.

How Shisha is being packed?
Ten (10) packs of 50g of Shisha are packed into a plastic bag and thin cardboard box.

Delivery

Which countries do you deliver shisha to?
We ship shisha worldwide except some countries in Asia and Africa.

Do you have a waiting period before shipping the order?
The order is shipped within 3 business days (the delivery time differs on holidays) after the payment is processed. This period of time give the customer possibility to change or update his order details. In case you have anything to change, please contact us right away, indicating your Order ID.

How long do you deliver my order?
Any order will be directly to your door within 1-3 weeks (usually it takes about 11 days).

Can you give guarantee that no duty will be paid worldwide?
We cannot guarantee that you won’t have to pay any taxes because some countries may occasionally apply the international postal regulations and standards. It is your responsibility to determine whether the Internet purchase of shisha in your area is prohibited under local laws. Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied with your product or service?
We offer Money Back Guarantee. In case you are not satisfied with the purchased product or your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged you should inform us by e-mail and we'll definitely find a solution, profitable for you.

What is your Chargeback Policy?
Any customers attempting or threatening to make a credit card chargeback will immediately have their credit card blacklisted among processors and will never be able to purchase on this website. Making order

How to place an order?
Placing of the order on our website is simple.
1. Choose the type of tobacco you would like to buy (column to left of the site). Then choose the quantity of packs you would like to purchase (we are offering packs of 10x50grams) and click "Add To Cart". After that you will be redirected to the Shopping Cart.
2. In the Shopping Cart you will have to choose the order amount and click "Checkout". You will be redirected to the Shipping\Billing form.
3. Please fill out all the fields and click "Review Your Order".
4. If all details are correct, you click "Checkout" and you will be redirected to a 128bit SSL Secured Page of our processing company, where you will have to choose the payment option and complete the payment procedure.
5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding your order. In a couple of hours a letter confirming the approval and shipment of your order will be sent to your email. Package will reach you in 1-3 weeks (usually 11 days).

Is there any order limit?
The maximum quantity of tobacco products that can be purchased at Shisha-Online.net is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur.
However, the minimum order is for $30 USD. Also please be aware that we do not accept large quantity orders from the first-time customers. If this is your first purchase with us, the maximum amount must not exceed the price of $300 US.
